If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund. (SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.) Simply return the gift in its original container. Please include insurance with the return of the gift. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Returns or exchanges claims must be made via email within 5 days of gift being received or delivered. Returned gifts must be received by us within 10 days of receipt of gift. Returns or refunds due to delivery failure by a requested delivery day are not allowed since we do not guarantee date specific delivery. All claims must be submitted to us via e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.
Damaged - Defective - Loss
We also offer replacement for any damaged, loss or defective gifts as long as the claim is placed within 72 HOURS of the gift being received. All damage claims must be reported to us via email at email@example.com within 72 HOURS of the gift being delivered. Claims will not be accepted via the phone. Please include photo of damaged gift in email.
Note: If a customer disposes of the gift and does not return the gift before we can verify the damages or discrepancy we will not issue any refund.
